What you need
1 large tub of plain full-fat or Greek yogurt (500g)
300g pack of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 banana
10 Lollipop sticks
30 Muffin cases (stack 3 muffin cases together for each ice pop so that they keep their shape)

Potato Masher (optional)
Method
Pour the yogurt and the berries into a large bowl.
Add the honey to the bowl and mash the mixture with a fork or potato masher.
Put a slice of banana into the bottom of each muffin case stack. The banana holds the lollipop stick in place.
Fill the muffin cases with the berry mixture.
Push a lollipop stick through the berry mixture into the banana slice at the bottom of the muffin case.
Put the ice pops in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the yogurt is frozen.
Take the ice pops out of the freezer and remove the muffin cases and enjoy!
